Mary Morris' Bio

Mary  Morris An Amerasian, a Japanese Mother and an Irish Father, Mary was born in Seattle, Washington but has lived in California for most of her life. She is Co-founder, along with her husband, Rick, of Mary Germain International Ministries (formerly Crisis Communicators International), a prayer-action, educational, networking ministry to leadership in the church, government, education and the marketplace. MGI was birthed out of her role as National Director of Prayer for Love, In the Name of Christ, World Vision; and her work with crimes against children facilitating the prayer mobilization for two national conferences on Crimes Against Children in Washington, D. C. She hosts the Christian Women's Conferences "Oil of Beauty" throughout the United States and in the nation of Japan.

She was a foster child from the age of ten months old , adopted by the same "foster parents" at age five. She always knew her Japanese Mother, as well as the rest of her Mother's immediate family, most of who either know the Lord or knew Him before they went to be with Him. Her adopted Mother was Austrian-Hungarian and her adopted Father was English. During the Second World War many of her Japanese family were placed in an Internment Camp here in the U. S. Because of a miracle, she was not interned as she was like "Moses", hidden.

She gave her first sermon at 16 years of age. At close to 19 years of age, she married Rick, (Irish, Scotch and English) and they have four adult children; and thirteen grandchildren! This was 49 years ago! Their FIRST great-grandchild was born in December, 2002. Rick is a Retired Executive with the Federal Aviation Administration. He is now a Senior Systems Engineer with the Fortier Group, writing the instruction manuals on state of the art radar systems for Air Traffic Control and teaching Instructors throughout the United States. Mary has been employed by Federal, State and County Government. They spent five years in the Washington, D.C. area during the Kennedy Administration where Rick worked at Washington National Airport.

In 1978, at a crucial time, not only in Mary's personal life with severe health problems, as well as a crucial time in history, the Holy Spirit began to reveal more of Himself to Mary. Come hear the depth of the love of Jesus Christ as He took her out of confusion caused by sin and generational bondages, healed her as she "touched the hem of His garment", revealed to her that He IS THE WORD OF GOD, poured out His Holy Spirit; and took her into business in the marketplace, then thrust her" into local, national; and now, international ministry to "sound the trumpet"...for the sake of the children, that history is "His-Story"!

She serves on the Board of the Israel Christian Nexus, Founder General Shimon Erem, one of the "founding fathers" of Israel. The ICN's goal is to help build unity between Christians and the Jewish people. She is a member of the Board of Metawake Revival and Evangelism, serves on America's National Prayer Committee; and is part of the Prophetic Round Table for the state of California. She was formerly the Director of the Asian Division of IMINNET, and is an ordained minister.

MGI Ministries sponsors the NEW Multiracial Christian Leadership Advisory Council, which focuses on connecting worship, prayer and relationship between Christian leaders here in the U.S. and between the U.S. and other nations. She mobilizes prayer for children and youth that are at high risk, both in the U. S. and internationally, through the focused prayer initiative "Little Lambs Productions".

She moves in prophetic vision, word of knowledge and the gift of healing; and is the author of "Let the Song Begin", with the message of every tribe and every nation lifting their voices before the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings, Jesus Christ, one voice in worship. She and her husband reside in Mission Viejo, California, where they attend Mission Viejo Christian Church where Rick served for several years on the Elder Board. Rick and Mary "Gerri" have committed their lives to sharing the love of Jesus Christ wherever God will place them.
